2 servings 250 g rice, pishori Pre soaked red beans 1 Pilipili hoho 3 carrots, chopped 1 bunch Dania 3 tomatoes 1 onion Cooking oil Salt
Boil the presoaked beans in a pressure cooker for 20 mins till well cooked. Fry the onions using oil till translucent then add chopped hoho and chopped tomatoes. Add carrots and mix well. Add Dania then beans. Add salt and cook for a few mins. Then cool Boil the rice using a half litre of water, cooking oil and salt. Serve warm
